Paul Gibbs, CSM
Paul has over 35 years of defence experience including 25 years of service in the Australian Army. He served all over Australia, and internationally, deploying on multiple occasions. His service centred around maintenance and logistics, particularly for armoured vehicles.
After service, Paul has spent the next 10+ years in defence industry working in logistics and consulting to various defence primes on programs such as Land 400-2, Land 400-3, Land 121, BTSP to name a few.
Paul’s passion is to see SMEs succeed in defence industry and grow Australian sovereign capabilities.
Lena Ostwald
Lena has 30+ years of experience in retail, human resources, and administration. She had key roles in companies such as Drakes International (Branch manager) and Macarthur River mines (HR).
After the birth of her two sons, Lena switched to working from home and started an online jewellery company - Lena May Jewellery - which she operated for over 10 years.
Lena’s passion is her children and making AIR run smooth like clockwork.
